What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian/Janitor position at Ourso Enterprise Janiking Gulf Coast Franchisee?
Duties:
- Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in floor care, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
-Must have own transportation
-Must pass a background and drug screen
-Weekend availability is a must
-Event Set up and clean up work in Gonzales
-Paid Bi Weekly
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time and capable of doing physical activity
