Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Coordinator to support our influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for emerging trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.
Locations
This role is available near one of the following OUST office hubs: Atlanta, Dallas, LA, or Nashville.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including research, outreach, contract coordination, and content tracking
- Identify and vet potential influencers that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
- Assist in managing influencer relationships, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Coordinate deliverables, deadlines, and approvals with influencers, talent managers, and the internal account team
- Maintain detailed campaign documentation, including influencer databases, content calendars, and performance reports
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, compiling key insights and learnings for internal and client reporting
- Draft creative briefs and content guidelines to ensure influencer collaborations align with brand messaging
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and platform updates
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (agency or in-house experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly approach to influencer outreach
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing tools
- Basic knowledge of contracts, negotiations, and influencer payment processes is a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $57,500
