Overview
Out East Therapy of New York is seeking an Early Intervention Case & Evaluation Coordinator to manage the intake, documentation, and processing of early intervention cases. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with the Early Intervention Hub to ensure all evaluations are uploaded, cases are properly filed, and authorization numbers are distributed efficiently. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in early intervention services and be proficient in handling digital documentation and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage early intervention cases, ensuring timely and accurate filing of all necessary documentation.
Upload evaluations into the Early Intervention Hub while maintaining compliance with state and agency regulations.
Process and distribute authorization numbers for services, ensuring therapists and families receive them promptly.
Organize and maintain case files digitally and securely, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Communicate with providers, therapists, and administrative staff regarding case status and necessary documentation.
Monitor compliance deadlines and follow up on outstanding paperwork to ensure timely submissions.
Assist in data entry and reporting related to early intervention services.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Experience in early intervention services is required.
Proficiency in Early Intervention Hub or similar case management platforms.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and electronic documentation systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with therapists, administrators, and families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
