We are a national company providing services for big-box retailers and online products, seeking skilled Gazebo, Playset and Pergola Professionals to join our team. This role involves the assembly and installation of outdoor structures, including gazebos, playsets, Pergolas, Sheds, Greenhouses and other ready-to-assemble items, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have specific installation experience with said items with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install products according to specifications and customer expectations..
- Contact customer within 24 hours
- Schedule them within 72 hours once their product has been received.
- Have reliable transportation and a helper when needed.
- Have tools and know how to use them.
- Update the tech portal through the life cycle of the job.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the field is essential.
- Be professional and able to pass a background check for certain work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and our team members.
