Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business, foster client relationships, and manage the sales process from start to finish. This role will focus on granite countertop sales, with opportunities to expand into cabinetry sales and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and contractors to secure new cabinetry and countertop projects.
- Provide accurate project estimates and manage proposals from initiation to approval.
- Guide clients through product selections, revisions, and project specifics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless project execution.
- Conduct project walk-throughs to address quality standards and resolve concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new products to drive sales growth.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer communications.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred, especially in cabinetry, granite, or construction.
- 3–5 years of industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Cabinet Vision software is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and provide precise estimates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to client sites.
