What are the responsibilities and job description for the Backroom Team Member position at Out of Town Clothing?
Out of Town is a women's and baby clothing store located in Bismarck and Dickinson, ND. It's been 14 years since we opened and we are just getting started! We are growing rapidly, so there is a lot of room for growth within our company.
This person will help pack online orders, receive and process any freight that arrives. This position can be anywhere from 10-15 hours per week and our ideal candidate can be on call when we have an excess of online orders. You must be someone who pays attention to detail and loves to do repetitive work. You must also be able to work quickly and efficiently. You will benefit from a flexible schedule, low stress job, and a store discount.
What You Will Do:
- Pack and ship online orders
- Filing purchase orders from vendors
Must Haves:
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to read fine print
- Able to lift 15lbs and climb on a short ladder
- Enjoys being behind the scenes
Bonus Points:
- You’ve done this before - previous freight experience
- You love staying organized
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
