Travel Physical Therapist - Full Time

Out Patient at Home Physical Therapy LLC is currently seeking: An in-house Travel Physical Therapist - for a Spring/Summer travel assignment start date is flexible.

An energetic, self-motivated physical therapist with experience and clinical excellence in Anchorage, AK area. It is a way to make a true difference in our patients' lives, while still having a work life balance. You will perform manual therapy, along with the therapeutic exercise, and can work autonomously and utilize evidence-based practice.

What you need to be successful:

1. Excellent patient care and communication skills
2. Outgoing and energetic personality
3. Be focused on patient-centered-care and achieving your patient's goals
4. Understand these are hour visits in someone's home office or gym (this is not home health care)

Requirements:

1. Education: physical therapy degree
2. Alaska Licensed physical therapist in good standing
3. Pass federal background check
4. Valid Driver's license in good standing
5. BLS CPR certified
6. At least 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
7. Outpatient physical therapy experience
8. Manual skills (hands on not necessarily certified)
9. Home health experience preferred but not required

About Out Patient at Home Physical Therapy LLC: We are an outpatient mobile clinic that performs one-on-one patient focused care in the home, office or patient's gym. Our treatment has a hands-on-care focus with practical therapeutic exercise designed for each individual's needs. A full day consists of 5-6 patients, but you can write your own schedule. We see a variety of patients of all ages, but a good percentage are geriatric. The work is autonomous although if collaboration is needed there is ability to call and discuss patients.
