Position : Host / Hostess

What you'll bring :

  • A positive, upbeat attitude that cascades to your team and our customers.
  • A reliable, can do attitude and an unmatched work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting.

    What you'll do :

  • Greet customers with a friendly, genuine welcome when they arrive.
  • Quickly address any customer needs as they arrive.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness - the host stand is the first impression!
  • Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Handle spontaneous requests gracefully and confidently.
  • Have familiarity with Toast POS systems and proficiency in using Resy or similar digital / online reservation platforms.
  • Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays.
  • Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
