What you'll do :
- Greet customers with a friendly, genuine welcome when they arrive.
- Quickly address any customer needs as they arrive.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness - the host stand is the first impression!
- Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Handle spontaneous requests gracefully and confidently.
- Have familiarity with Toast POS systems and proficiency in using Resy or similar digital / online reservation platforms.
- Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays.
- Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
