Role Overview :
Outback Concepts LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site Office Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Assist with preparations for trade shows, events, and home and garden show seasons.
- Work 5 out of 7 weekends during the home and garden show season, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient office functioning.
