Bartender
Duties:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Prepare and mix ingredients to create a variety of cocktails and drinks
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and food service regulations
- Familiarity with brewing methods and beer selection
- Exceptional hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
