**Position Summary**
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to individual preferences.
- No Rules, Just Right. If you can do it, make it happen.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items and recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders.
- Assemble prepared food and condiments according to Outback standards, ensuring accuracy and reviewing orders with guests before handoff.
- Team player, assisting throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring opportunities to WOW customers are completed.
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts.

- Physical Requirements:
- Lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
- Vision abilities: distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral, with ability to adjust focus.
- Regular use of hands to finger handles or feels objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
