What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Server position at outback?
Outback Steakhouse in Hoover is seeking FRONT OF HOUSE employees to fill the role of server, busser, and host.
- Busser - 11 to 13 per hour
- Server - Our servers can make anywhere from 500 to 1000 per week.
- Hosts - we either do tip share or pay hourly for the right candidates.
We are very flexible with our scheduling and understand there is life beyond work. Our only ask is that we help each other succeed.
