Overview :
CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a reliable Full Time or Part Time Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our culinary team at Outbound Mammoth . The Dishwasher / Prep Cook will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and assisting with food preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes.
Ensure all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and storage areas, are clean and organized.
Properly handle and store all food items according to health and safety guidelines.
Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries.
Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
Assist with basic cooking tasks as needed under the supervision of the kitchen staff.
Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to an indoor working environment and the noise level in the work place is usually moderate.
