Server/Bartender

We are now Hiring servers and bartenders for our Santa Rosa Beach location.

We are looking to hire individuals who are great at multitasking, communication, have a positive attitude with a sense of urgency and appreciation for putting in hard work with a great pay off! When we say we work as a team, we mean it! We operate "tavern style," everyone takes tables and bartends, there is no "servers vs. bartenders" here, all tips are pooled.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and LOUD "Welcome to OUTCAST", every time.
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, and within the restaurant including organizing supplies, wiping down surfaces, and washing glassware
- Engage with customers, answer questions about the menu, and provide a one of a kind experience that we're known for
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or bartending required
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling tips
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Must be at least 21 years old

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
