Part-Time IT / Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Part-Time IT / Technical Support Specialist to provide company-wide support across various platforms and systems. This is a hands-on role that requires experience with software tools, systems integration, and basic website support. The ideal candidate is not necessarily a developer but should be comfortable managing IT-related tasks and resolving technical issues.
Compensation: $2,500–$3,500/month (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general IT support and troubleshooting across the company
Set up and configure computers with Microsoft Office tools
Manage CRM systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zapier
Assist with WordPress website maintenance and resolving basic site errors
Manage and send email campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp
Create and manage email marketing lists
Integrate systems (e.g., HubSpot with Zapier and website)
Track and report on monthly campaign statistics
Set up and coordinate Zoom webinars, including embedding webinar information into the website
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office and system setup
Working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier
