Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of SDRs, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to drive individual and team performance.
• Identify and develop potential contacts and opportunities with decision-makers in need of software engineering services.
• Oversee outbound activities, including phone, email, social media, and networking events, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
• Foster a high-energy, results-driven team environment focused on achieving growth goals.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve the sales pipeline.
• Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, and email outreach to support the team in generating new business.
• Analyze team performance metrics and provide insights to improve sales processes.
• Maintain involvement in weekly meetings and lead training initiatives to continuously enhance the team's skillset.
Skills:
• Proven leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a team management or supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Experience in sales development, with at least 3 years in an SDR or similar role.
• Expertise in identifying and nurturing long-term relationships with prospects.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software to track performance and sales metrics.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team, driving both individual and collective success.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams through change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
