Role Overview:
Lead enterprise-wide technical strategies and architectures for large projects or systems, ensuring alignment with client needs, cost optimization, and high-quality delivery. Act as a design authority, develop new business opportunities and generate innovative ideas for revenue-generating tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design:
- Define architecture for large engagements, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business logic.
- Conduct design reviews, optimize cost/time/asset utilization, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop best-in-class technology and solution options, guiding customers on process and technology improvements.
New Service Design:
- Identify opportunities for new service offerings based on customer input and industry trends.
- Develop business cases, IP/tools, frameworks, and conduct beta testing or POCs.
- Collaborate with partners to co-develop GTM strategies and support knowledge management initiatives.
Knowledge Management & Capability Development:
- Conduct internal training sessions and collaborate with teams to update the knowledge management repository.
- Partner with relevant teams to create curriculum and training programs.
People Management:
- Mentor and guide junior architects, foster team satisfaction, and ensure high retention.
- Perform technical evaluations and support career development for team members.
Stakeholder & Alliance Management:
- Build credibility with clients, manage partner relationships, and expand professional networks within client organizations.
- Develop internal capabilities to support GTM strategies and leverage alliance partnerships.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Participate in external forums and client workshops to showcase technical capabilities.
- Create white papers, reports, and other collaterals on research findings and innovative ideas.
Sales Support & Estimation:
- Anchor proposal development and support sales teams with client presentations.
- Review RFPs, high-level designs, and provide cost vs. benefit analyses.
- Develop coherent solutions with clear differentiators and unique value propositions.
Performance Metrics:
- Number of reusable frameworks/tools created.
- Number of technically complex solutions delivered.
- Positive customer feedback with zero technology-related escalations.
Mandatory Skills:
- Network Security Principles and Best Practice
- Strong understanding and experience in applying network security principles across enterprise environments.
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty, Azure Network
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty or equivalent certifications. Expertise in Azure Networking.
- Automation Tools for Network Configuration and Management
- Experience with Python, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure PowerShell for automating network configuration and management.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Expertise in solution structuring, cloud/infrastructure technologies, and architecture concepts (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Ability to identify technology trends, forecast short-term opportunities and develop roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of IP management, planning, and risk management for large projects.
