Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring project success from initiation to go-live.
- Oversee the migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud ERP, optimizing project management, finance, procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, IT teams, and business leaders to define project scope, requirements, and milestones.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure proper configuration, testing, user training, and deployment.
- Manage project risks, proactively addressing any roadblocks or challenges.
- Ensure smooth adoption and post-implementation support, providing guidance for system optimization.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager.
- Must have led at least one full life cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Experience managing ERP projects in a project-centric business environment (construction industry experience preferred but not required).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
PMP or Oracle Cloud ERP certifications are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with construction companies or project-based organizations is a plus.
- Knowledge of job costing, subcontractor management, and capital project accounting.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Reporting tools and integrations.
