Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong hands-on technical expertise and proven project management skills to drive security and identity-related initiatives within KeyBanks infrastructure. This role requires a leader who can manage cross-functional teams, including contractors, consultants, and employees, to ensure the successful delivery of key program objectives. Responsibilities : Act as a program manager and technical lead for projects focused on secure key and identity management. Collaborate with internal technical leaders to implement automated security controls across the technology organization. Drive execution and compliance of security and identity-related activities, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding program health, key deliverables, risks, and process improvement opportunities. Lead the implementation of sustainable, automated, and secure practices to enhance overall security posture. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery, address technical challenges, and achieve program objectives. Ensure appropriate controls and compliance measures are implemented and maintained. Qualifications : Proven experience in Project Management and Technical Leadership , with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and implementation. Strong understanding of security practices , identity management systems , and compliance standards. Experience managing and leading diverse teams, including contractors, consultants, and employees. Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Proficiency in implementing and managing automated security controls is a plus. Preferred Skills : Experience in enterprise infrastructure security or identity management projects. Strong technical acumen with the ability to work closely with technical teams to overcome challenges. Certification in project management or security domains (e.g., PMP, CISSP) is highly desirable.
