We are currently looking for clinicians in the Kyle, Buda, and surrounding areas to help adults of all ages stay healthy, mobile, and independent by providing exceptional therapy to those in need! Contract positions are also available, but we're looking for that great fit that wants to be part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide evaluations and 1-on-1 treatment with patients impacted by a variety of conditions and impairments. The expected caseload would be mostly geriatric and post-surgical adults.
· Provide therapy guidance, support, and education during patient visits.
· Communicate with Physicians, the home health agency and other disciplines involved in the patients’ care.
· Complete documentation through EMRs in a timely manner.
We prefer experienced physical therapists, but always love providing a home to those that are motivated to learn and consider themselves self-starters.
