Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Project Manage client implementation projects as required
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing project management processes, tools, and workflows
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and project managers to understand current challenges and opportunities
- Design and implement updated project management frameworks and best practices aligned with company objectives and industry standards
- Establish clear standards for project documentation, planning, execution, and reporting
- Lead change management initiatives to roll out improved project management practices across teams
- Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to project managers to ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of project management practices
- Regularly review project outcomes and team performance against defined benchmarks
- Hold project managers accountable for adherence to established processes and deliverables
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to project managers to support their professional growth
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence
- Encourage innovation and knowledge sharing within the team
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in evaluating, developing, and implementing project management practices.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, TaskRay, Jira, Asana, MS Project, SmartSheet).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 10%
- Minimum years of work experience: 8 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience in business, project management, or a related field.
