This leadership role holds full authority and accountability for managing scope, schedule, and resources to align with DHS objectives. The Program Director will ensure seamless coordination among contractor personnel, government stakeholders, and mission partners, while driving performance, mitigating risks, and maintaining secure operations within classified environments.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI – must be SCI-eligible under ICD 704 with DHS approval and indoctrination.
Key Responsibilities:
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $175,000 and $205,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations and strategic direction, serving as the senior point of contact to program managers, COR, and contracting officials
- Oversee and synchronize the performance of technical, analytical, and operational support personnel across multiple sites
- Develop and manage program plans, cost estimates, integrated master schedules, and risk management strategies
- Provide leadership and oversight for the execution of contract deliverables in accordance with DHS policy
- Establish quality control and performance measurement frameworks aligned with contract SLAs
- Ensure full compliance with SCI and classified information safeguarding protocols
- Coordinate with DHS SSO to manage indoctrination and debriefing processes for cleared personnel
- Support briefing development, senior executive communications, and contract reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Program Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- 10 years of experience managing large-scale government contracts, including SCI-level programs
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams in secure environments with high operational tempo
- Experience with DHS or other national security agencies
- Demonstrated knowledge of NISPOM and ICD 704 compliance practices
- PMP Certification (preferred)
