**Who We're Looking For:**
We're searching for a hands-on Landscape Foreman who's ready to dive in and lead from the front. This isn't just a desk job—it's a chance to be right in the action, installing projects every day with a team by your side. You'll be the go-to person on-site, making sure everything comes together beautifully.
**What You'll Do:**
- Get your hands dirty installing landscape projects, especially our custom concrete curbing
- Lead your team by example, working alongside them on every installation
- Plan and manage the entire installation process, keeping quality at the forefront
- Keep track of inventory and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Travel to different job sites, operating equipment
- Make sure projects are completed on time and meet our high standards
**What You Need:**
- Solid experience in landscape construction
- Hands-on skills with a focus on quality and detail
- Leadership that inspires and guides a team by actively participating
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- A desire to build a strong team and grow with us
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a drug test and maintain a clean criminal background
