Based in beautiful Southwest Montana, we specialize in premium design/build projects that include water features, plantings, custom patios, retaining walls, and more. Our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship sets us apart—and we’re looking for a skilled Machine Operator who shares our passion for quality and detail.
Position Overview
We’re currently hiring experienced Machine Operators (skid steer and mini excavator experience required) to support our crews and bring our award-worthy designs to life. This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors with a supportive, skilled team on truly standout projects.
· Full-time, seasonal position (April 1 – approx. November 15, weather permitting)
· Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM
· Compensation: $32–$40/hour DOE (Higher pay for CDL holders)

What We’re Looking For
We need reliable, motivated operators who can confidently handle excavation and grading equipment. Experience building retaining walls is a plus. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
· Experience operating skid steers and mini excavators
· CDL preferred – higher pay offered with CDL
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· Clean criminal background
· Experience in landscaping or construction helpful but not required
· Reliable transportation to and from our shop each day
· Physically capable of working 40 hours a week in all weather conditions
· Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
