✅ Apply fertilizers and pest management solutions to lawns, trees, and shrubs using mechanical, spray, and injection tools
✅ Diagnose plant health issues and recommend solutions
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly
✅ Operate and calibrate fertilization equipment efficiently
✔ Strong plant ID and pest/fungal recognition skills
✔ Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
✔ Valid Driver’s License DOT physical exam
✔ Preferred: Commercial Applicator License 3B Fertilizer Applicator License (PROFACT)
✔ Preferred: Commercial Applicator License 3A, Certified Arborist, CDL
