Warehouse Clerk

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently managing inventory, processing Interior's orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties

• Load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.
• Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently
• Wrap products.
• Track and place products on shelves.
• Pull product from storage for loading on trucks.
• Commitment to company core values.
• Attend all company and department meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of wrapping and use of small hand tools such as razor, cutter, wrapping material, and tape. Excellent written communication skills and recording. Organizational skills, verbal skills for interaction with interdepartmental personnel. Self-starter that can work independently.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; and vibration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
