Job Summary:
The Irrigation Crew Member will learn the ins and outs of installing small and large irrigation systems. Members will be involved with plumbing, digging, running equipment, nozzle adjustments and flow, and connecting power.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Install control panels, rain sensors, valves & nozzles
- Program Control Panel
- Monitor and test new installations
- Laying sod, planting trees, shrubs, and grasses, as well as mulching
- Assist Foreman with all phases of daily tasks as directed to ensure 100% on time delivery of all contracted work.
- Support crew by contributing to constant attention to detail, cleanliness of job sites, and preventive maintenance of all equipment.
- Perform physical field and yard work; load and unload vehicles at pickup and delivery.
- Work safely in a team environment to produce high quality landscapes.
- Execute repair work with little to 0 footprint left over
- High attention to detail
Requirements
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- 3-5 years of experience with irrigation
- Backflow Certification, strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Preference given to candidates with experience
- Valid Driver’s License a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus
