Design and Construction Technologist

Description

Data Collection on OEG sites may include but not limited to the following means:

• Site Scanning Equipment
• Total Station and GPS hybrid
• Construction Laser
• Confirmation if needed with hand measurement
• Collection of photographs and video for site analysis
  
  

Base Plan Documentation Development may include but not limited to the following:

• Document Setup
• Layer and Xref management for site data
• Extrapolate site data to complete 2D base plan
• Extrapolate site data to complete vertical existing condition details
  
  

Estimating Support may include but not limited to the following :

• Utilizing AutoCad and appropriate softwares to help analyze cut and fill needs associated with proposed construction.
• Collaboration to analyze site limitations and constraints.
  
  

Field Layout and Verification may include but not limited to the following :

• Assist Principal Landscape Architect and Construction Project Managers with infield layout and Pre-Construction verification
• Capture site data throughout the duration of construction for the design verification or construction assistance as needed.
• Capture As-Built data and develop full As-Built plans for Clients level presentations.
