As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll and day-to-day office operations. You’ll handle payroll processing, maintain organized filing systems, manage office supplies, and support leadership in aligning administrative operations with company goals. Your role will make a direct impact on the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Manage bi-weekly payroll, verify time clocks, and maintain employee records.
  • Administrative Support: Handle customer inquiries, maintain organized filing systems, and ensure the office runs smoothly with adequate supplies.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for resolving financial and administrative issues.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting software.
  • Experience with payroll systems and HR functions.
  • Previous experience in a service-based business environment.
