As a Snow Removal Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe passage for pedestrians and vehicles by clearing snow, managing ice buildup, and applying salt to critical areas. Responsibilities:
- Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other critical areas
- Operate snow blowers, shovels, and apply de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup
- Respond to changing weather conditions and ensure timely snow removal after snowfall events
- Safely use and maintain snow removal equipment to ensure it’s always ready for use
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding snow removal plans
Requirements:
- Ability to work during winter weather conditions, including snowstorms and cold temperatures
- Comfortable with physical labor and capable of using snow shovels, snow blowers, and other snow removal tools
- Dependable and available to work flexible hours based on weather conditions
- Previous experience in snow removal, shoveling, or using snow blowers is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold conditions for extended periods
