SUMMARY
An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Lead Lighting Technician will be the lead project technician on site responsible for the installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems, primarily in residential settings, and for supervising any technicians on site. This individual must have excellent leadership skills and a systematic approach to their work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
• Interacting with customers to upsell additional products
• Providing system orientation to customers as necessary
• Ensuring proper care and operation of company vehicles
• Maintaining adequate inventory levels
• Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
• Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
• Cleaning up all areas affected by the installation
• Supervising and assisting other installers when necessary
• Informing and educating clients about additional products and services available
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
• Outstanding Leadership Skills
• Possesses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
• Makes a positive first impression through good grooming, articulation, personability, and comfort interacting with new people
