Grinder or Blending Machine Operator

FULL-TIME

$20.90/hr

Grinder Operator: $19.00 plus 10% shift differential!
Blending Operator: $21.50 plus 10% shift differential for working nights!!

• Remove scrap material from production lines and process it through grinding equipment for reuse.
• Fill hoppers with sorted material and ensure regrind/blending lines are consistently supplied.
• Change dust collection bags in extrusion area as needed.
• Separate scrap and regrind by color and properly tag materials.
• Provide production support by staging bins, skids, and regrind material.
• Operate forklifts safely and complete daily maintenance checks before each shift.
• Report any grinding equipment issues to Maintenance or Supervisor.
• Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision or management.

DAY-03 WS-03 WS-TC

Schedule

Shift start: 6:30AM or 6:30PM
Shift length: 12 hours
6:45pm-7:00am 2/2/3 rotating schedule

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Can lift 30 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred. Forklift certification required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Physical ability to push, pull, lift, or handle items ranging from light to heavy weight. Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform tasks involving kneeling, bending, lifting overhead, climbing, and crawling. Willingness to work in hot manufacturing environments depending on weather conditions.
