Role Summary: This role is designed to bridge the gap between business operations and system optimization, ensuring that processes align with enhancements in NetSuite ERP and SCIS. The position requires collaboration with business leaders and yard locations to drive system adoption, provide deployment support, and ensure successful user training. The individual will play a crucial role in system improvements, fostering effective communication across teams, and ensuring that business processes are streamlined and well-supported through thoughtful documentation and tailored solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Business leaders and yard locations to optimize Business processes and align with system changes/improvements
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new NetSuite ERP and SCIS enhancements. Testing would occur prior to new enhancements being released to ensure it meets the end user requirements
- Drive user adoption
- On-site and virtual deployment support for new locations
- Training documents/video creation and updates
- Coordination and in some cases delivery of training materials/classes
- System backing prioritization of enhancements to be released
- High-level requirements gathering
- NetSuite Documentation
- Respond to ad hoc Business process questions
- Document and share best tips and tricks
- Communicate effectively across teams
- Create/Maintain custom workflows
- Create custom searches and reports
- New location/acquisition setup (data loads, dashboards, new user setup, etc.)
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 years of product management experience in ERP or financial systems
- Proven track record of success in product management and software development
- Experience with NetSuite, including product knowledge, implementation, customization, and support
- Knowledge of industry best practices in product management
- Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into product requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
