Role Summary :
Responsible for developing corporate and location level reporting to support business KPIs regarding sales, margin, and inventory. Provides Product team support for execution of system changes to manage cost, inventory settings, and replenishment. Vendor Point of Contact for gathering business and product data.
Job Responsibilities
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data on category sales, market trends, inventory position, or other performance indicators with the goal of maximizing sales and margin.
- Provide support to store and sales teams focusing on vendor performance for purchase orders.
- Manages system setup for product cost, retail cost, and inventory settings.
- Build relationships with vendors to serve as their first point of contact for issue resolution or information gathering.
- Creates ad-hoc reporting as needed to support business requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Operate within company policy and submit reports as requested.
- Occasional travel up to 10% to learn the business or on-site support.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
