Job Description

Outdoor Logistics in Caledonia, MI is looking for two landscape general laborers to join our 24-person strong team. We are located on 8757 Hanna Lake Se. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

Team member is able to work weekdays from 6 : 30A to 6P.

Responsible for driving a truck with trailer in tow.

Use hand tools such as shovel, trowel, screwdriver, wire cutter, rake, mallet, wheelbarrow.

Operate small machines such as Dingo, Skid steer, ATV, edger, trencher and the like.

Engage in problem solving and modify as needed to complete landscape installation.

Tolerate working in outdoor environments subject to weather extremes.

Consistently bending, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and standing often with loads of more than 50 pounds.

Qualifications

18 years or older.

Valid driver's license. Driving record is subject to review for insurability.

Physical stamina and a love for working outdoors.

Ability to read.

Ability to keep work environment safe and hazard free.

Positive attitude and willingness to work hard and have some fun!

Seasonal employment- April 1 to December 1. Successful employees will be invited to participate in snow removal over the winter.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $22.00 / hour.
