This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). Compensation Range
$175,000—$190,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Overview

Management
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of all account personnel, including: hiring and training; distributing, planning, assigning and directing work load; and overseeing/conducting performance appraisals
- Educate OMG personnel and agency/client about new media, industry trends, relevant opportunities, market and plant conditions as well as any other pertinent information
- Provide leadership necessary for individuals’ personal, professional and company growth
- Manage the flow of client media-related issues. Create solutions and resolve problems.
- Lead strategic development and implementation of the agency/client Out-of-Home campaigns
- Be fluent and knowledgeable with all local and national media and be able to communicate a cohesive OOH plan to the client/agency
- Assess media performance to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies were accomplished
- Present new ideas, marketplace updates, and new media opportunities to client and strategy teams.
- Remain apprised of competitive activity in the marketplace
- Work with colleagues in Strategy and/or the Strategic Business Units, or independently, in each of the planning and buying phases:
- Brainstorming: Lead ideation sessions on behalf of client communication objectives
- Planning/Evaluation: Develop OOH Media plan and identify client’s site level and overall media qualification guidelines
- Negotiation: Determine/develop the most relevant savings tactics and inflation mitigation levers
- Implementation: Ensure that contracts secure all space requirements, oversee all phases of implementation (printing, shipping and posting instructions)
- Post Buy Analysis:
- Oversee the POP process and ensure that media campaign(s) received contracted impressions and client-designated KPIs have been met.
- Ensure that ‘proof’ is accurate and meets with client specifications.
- Review and evaluate media performance and report to Agency/Client
- Guide the company to profitability and stability by growing business of existing accounts and developing new sources of revenue.
- Recognize new account opportunities and work with partners to acquire new accounts to grow OMG revenue.
- Be apprised of OMG competitor’s activities and act on new business opportunities, as well as protecting current client list.
- Provide monthly income projections and new business activity updates to Executive Director
- Provide point-of-view on various media in the marketplace
- Oversee any client requests – i.e. plan changes, budget changes, provide marketplace information
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of OOH opportunities, market developments, trends and media research
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of new and emerging media and relevant technologies
- Attend internal and external meetings and presentations
- Play an active role in the OOH advertising industry events and organizations
