Position: Yard Associate
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both written and oral
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- General mechanical aptitude
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages may be required based on location needs
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required
Responsibilities:

- Stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property
- Maintaining a written maintenance schedule and servicing equipment as necessary to ensure it meets all set specifications
- Inspecting equipment before and after rental to document any lost and/or damaged equipment
- Washing equipment as needed
- Assisting customers with loading and unloading equipment
- Checking in equipment and inspecting it before and after rentals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
