Install Technician Program (paid CIT cert.)
An Install Technician is an introductory position into the irrigation business. As an Install Tech. you will work on a jobsite to learn how to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems in various settings, such as residential or commercial. This role requires a strong understanding of irrigation principles, equipment, and techniques to ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of irrigation systems. They may also be required to operate heavy machinery for trenching and install wiring systems for water timers. build, design, diagnose and repair irrigation systems, communicate with individual property owners, and track materials used.
At the end of the season, as a install technician II , you will be able to start up and winterize all systems and preform simple diagnosis services and repairs.
After 1000 hours on the job through a company paid Certification program you will study and certify on Irrigation Products, including clocks, parts and system lay out. Learn and certify on system start up and winterization. Learn to install and repair all system parts including but not limited to, nozzles, heads, and joints. Learn how to install, program and repair timers, clocks, valve boxes, diaphragms, and controls for sprinklers, including wireless (Wi-Fi controllers). Strong focus on proper care, use and maintenance of equipment and supplies and workplace safety. Proactively assist in resolving issues with customers to ensure full satisfaction.

You must have: Excellent customer service and communications skills to be successful in any role. Candidates must possess valid driver’s license for driving positions. Must be punctual and have great attendance.
Positions are full time – Seasonal - Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
