Job description
We have a growing e-commerce department and are needing a motivated individual seeking an opportunity for long term growth potential. This person will process orders from Ebay, Amazon and websites as well as ship those orders. Join the team to provide support for multiple online sales channels.
This position encompasses many areas and basics of dealing with online sales, which means the person who joins us will be required to not only wear multiple hats, but also able to handle various simultaneously running tasks.
There will be time spent in an office environment, and the rest of the time will be in the warehouse. The ability to not shy away from a little physical labor is required. An understanding of how the internet and online shopping works is also required.
Salary based on experience.
Type of Duties
- Manage listing information, product pictures, stock, and pricing on multiple 3rd party websites such as eBay and Amazon
- Find and verify stock quantities for items in our warehouse
- Add new products, update changing product information, and maintain general product database integrity/accuracy
- Acquire product photos from manufacturers and vendors to crop, re-size, and upload
- Handle Product Returns
- Pulling sold products from warehouse
- Preparing customer orders, packaging and shipping
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
- Ability to focus on data for long periods of time
- Basic knowledge and understanding of data structures
- Strong internet navigation skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
