JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILTIES
This position will work closely the Production Manager as well as collaborate with other team members, installers, and printers to ensure deliverables are met to the requirements and are trafficked in a timely manner through to the end of each execution. The Production Coordinator is also expected to engage with our clients’ creative teams in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met. There are additional tasks to help keep the team keep up-to-date and moving forward :
- Keep track of upcoming job schedules.
- Check incoming artwork to ensure they meet format requirements.
- Manage all stages of production from specs to installation and completion reports.
- Keep assets organized and maintain our archiving system for all jobs.
- Work with clients to provide concise communication throughout the job process.
- Work well under pressure, responding thoroughly and with a sense of urgency.
- Most importantly, the expectation is to work hard and have fun!
QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered.
Annual Salary Range based on experience : $42,000. - $46,000.
