What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Grounds Maintenance position at Outer Banks Blue?
Rental Management Company seeks Part-Time Landscaper in our Property Services Division.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Minor Hardscapes
- Landscaping and routine lawn services and trimming
- Mowing
- Weed-eating
- Shrub trimming
- Mulching
- Selective Clearing
- Spring/Fall Clean-ups
- Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for upkeep and proper handling
- Maintain work equipment/machinery regularly
- Haul equipment, climb stairs and extension ladders to various heights
- Track and record jobs, expenses, materials used and hours worked
- Must be able to execute work orders alone or with crew in a timely manner
The ideal candidate must have, or be able to: Communicate and correspond well with coworkers, management, owners, prospects and guests
- Positive attitude and desire to work in a fun, rewarding environment
- Operate and maneuver a vehicle towing a landscaping trailer
- Lift 75 lbs
- Basic phone and computer skills
- Work in extreme conditions (cold, heat, traffic)
- Reliable transportation to report to work and ability to report on time
- High school education or equivalent
- Well-groomed and good-natured
- Clean Driving Record
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
