Prep Responsibilities
- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Prepares all food items according to specifications
- Refers to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for
- assigned duties
- Understands and complies consistently with standard, portion sizes, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area
- Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist
- Practices safe food handling procedures and safety guidelines
Counter Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in person and on the phone.
- Describe pots to go and catering options, answer questions regarding our options and services.
- Take orders and follow procedures to communicate with prep and/or enter in the POS/CRM.
- Maintain clean service areas.
- Accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable.
- Thank customers for their to go pot order and invite them to return.
