What You Get To Do Every Day:
- Automation Workflow Development: Design and implement sophisticated workflows that drive personalized customer experiences through complex triggers and various audience creation methods from Salesforce entry events to querying relational databases with SQL.
- Lifecycle Touchpoint and Segmentation Planning: Collaborate with the team to ideate on customer lifecycle stages and segmentation strategies, contributing to a comprehensive audience engagement roadmap for clients.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members and stakeholders to align on automation strategies, workflow objectives, and performance insights, ensuring all plans meet campaign goals and marketing objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor the performance of all active workflows and automations to ensure quality and effectiveness, and make optimization recommendations as necessary.
- Data Management and Dynamic Content: Maintain robust data models and attribute definitions, enabling scalable audience segmentation and supporting dynamic content personalization for campaigns and landing pages.
- Compliance and Best Practices Adherence: Ensure all automated marketing practices comply with legal standards and industry best practices, maintaining a focus on data privacy and system reliability.
- Additional duties, as assigned
This is a remote work opportunity with limited travel obligations, which requires demonstrating a level of dedication and commitment to being self-driven and accountable.
What You Bring To The Role:
- 3 years of experience preferred.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Working knowledge of HTML / CSS to compliment drag and drop email builds
- Proficient understanding of email marketing and KPIs
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, as well as visually through diagrams and concepts)
- Excellent problem solving skills to create innovative solutions to complex problems
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Actively stays updated with the latest trends in email marketing and automation.
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and AMPscript strongly preferred
- Additional experience in other Email Service Platforms (ESP) such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, SharpSpring
- Knowledgeable about cross inbox & cross device compatibility
- Understanding of email authentication protocols
- Good grasp of web analytics, experience with Google Analytics
