We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated fulfillment center Inbound Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Inbound Operations Manager will facilitate smooth and seamless operations, and oversee warehouse performance, efficiencies, safety, strategic planning, and projects. They will be responsible for developing a strong team to ensure optimization of people and technology to deliver quality services to our clients and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the Receiving, Returns, Dock Put Away, and Replenishment Departments of 20 team members, involving 20 brands across two buildings
- Analyze inbound forecasts to plan labor by creating work plans by department by brand
- Utilize inbound KPIs and metrics to drive results and improve processes
- Responsible for the accuracy of inventory transactions of the Inbound area by ensuring items are correctly received and logged, products are properly stored, and organized according to established protocols
- Ensure team members are meeting daily UPH and quality standards, adhering to work instructions and SOPs, and addressing performance or deviations from standard work instructions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize workflow within the Inbound department
- Facilitate and determine selection, hiring, employee trainings and development including monitoring ongoing performance progress to promote, engage, and retain employees by optimizing job performance through evaluations, individual development plans, and employee recognition programs
- Verify and approve billing entries, ensuring files are accurate, and following billing workflow and procedures
- Establish and maintain good relationships with Client Operations Managers and other departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of Inbound services

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in logistics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years of experience as a manager with in-depth knowledge of 3PL operations
- Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience analyzing forecast data, labor planning, execution planning, and space utilization
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shift flexibility based on business needs
- Must be able to stand and walk for most of the day, using a hands-on, presence on floor method to manage the team and operation
