The Financial Analyst requires high degrees of proficiency in analyzing accounting data, determining economic, statistical, and financial risks, and organizing real-world solutions that will lead to the successful completion of their projects. The Senior financial analysts may be required to manage teams of analysts, which includes assigning tasks, reviewing reports, determining risks and rewards, compiling data, and organizing presentations for upper management.

Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of extensive professional finance analyst / accounting experience
- A background in Business profitability and cost structure analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field;
- Modeling out proposals relating to contract terms for medical groups and hospitals
- Managing the workflow in collaboration with the manager
- Performing analysis on claims data including calculating trends, forecasting the impact of changes, etc.
- Communicating analysis results to management and providing recommendations on how to achieve goals and drive financial results
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently perform individual tasks within a project
- Review month-end financial reports, construct financial statements, provide variance analysis, research financial irregularities, and use the analysis to develop meaningful financial reporting
- Provide financial analytical support for Senior Management, Finance, etc.
