- Bachelors Degree in: Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian. Master's degree is preferred.
- Food Handler’s Permit
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
- Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
- Basic Computer skills
- Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.
- Complete nutrition assesments on all residents upon admission, readmission, annually, high risk and change of condition.
- Make appropriate recommendations to enhance nutritional status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide optimal nutrtion care.
