Account Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Account Project Manager is instrumental in helping to grow the business and drive future success.  They work closely with the Sales Staff, coordinating the development of client solutions, project development, and assisting in developing strategic frameworks, managing timelines and delivery, and providing day-to-day contact with the client.  Above all, are  an advocate for breakthrough work.  Success in this role translates to meeting client expectations for each project.

The speed to market is an industry differentiator for the Outform Group will continue as the markets we serve, grow, and evolve.  The Account Project Manager plays a key role in making that happen.

Responsibilities: 

• Manages new projects submitted by client from beginning to end to ensure on-time delivery and quality
• Sets up and/or attends client meetings regarding upcoming project or project status meetings.
• Follow through on projects whether in design, estimating, scope changes, distribution, content, or production
• Updates and manages distribution list changes and facilitates communication between Outform as a whole and the client
• Maintains Client relationships by satisfying their needs and/or requests related to each project Examples of this are: Resolves scheduling conflicts, Ensures the timely and successful delivery of displays according to customer needs and objective, Follows through on production counts.
• Expedites project approvals, Special customer requests, Resolves and reports on any incoming/ outgoing shortage discrepancies
• Ensures compliance of Company Policies and adheres to departmental procedures including but not limited to: Safety/ Credit/ Project initiation/ Estimating/ Quality/ Order Acceptance
• Ensures written quotes are properly prepared and disseminated to clients.
• Confirms order acknowledgments are properly prepared and disseminated to clients. Ensures adequate information is provided to the correct individuals to obtain a delivery schedule commitment
• Data entry in internal systems and forms required for each job as it progresses. This includes design requests, engineering requests, estimate requests, 3D renders, and instruction edits
• Provides the Production Department with all order details enabling them to perform their duties with efficiency and act on behalf of our Client to our Production department and represent the Production department to our Clients
• Creates and maintains project timelines internally and externally with the Client

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or 5 - 7 years comparable business experience
• Computer Literate - Work within a Microsoft PC environment or Macintosh environment with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Adaptability – Fast paced business, must be able to adapt to changing circumstances
• Project management experience (workfront is desired)
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Able to create and publish clear, concise correspondence
• Experience in the Retail in-store merchandising and marketing space
