Position Summary :
The Account Project Manager is instrumental in helping to grow the business and drive future success by serving as the dedicated Project Manager for our Dick's Sporting Goods (DSG) account at Outform. The Account Project Manager will have a dedicated business category (e.g., Golf, Athletic Apparel, Licensed Sports, etc.) and will work closely with the Sales Staff, coordinating the development of client solutions, project management, and day-to-day client communication. Above all, this individual is an advocate for breakthrough work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Speed to market is an industry differentiator for Outform, and the Account Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. Success in this role translates to meeting client objectives on every project and fostering a strong, collaborative relationship with DSG.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary Account Manager for the Dick's Sporting Goods (DSG) account, managing a dedicated business category (e.g., Golf, Athletic Apparel, Licensed Sports, etc.).
- Manages new projects submitted by client from beginning to end to ensure on-time delivery and quality
- Sets up and / or attends client meetings regarding upcoming project or project status meetings.
- Follow through on projects whether in design, estimating, scope changes, distribution, content, or production
- Updates and manages distribution list changes and facilitates communication between Outform as a whole and the client
- Maintains Client relationships by satisfying their needs and / or requests related to each project Examples of this are : Resolves scheduling conflicts, Ensures the timely and successful delivery of displays according to customer needs and objective, Follows through on production counts.
- Expedites project approvals, Special customer requests, Resolves and reports on any incoming / outgoing shortage discrepancies
- Ensures compliance of Company Policies and adheres to departmental procedures including but not limited to : Safety / Credit / Project initiation / Estimating / Quality / Order Acceptance
- Ensures written quotes are properly prepared and disseminated to clients.
- Confirms order acknowledgments are properly prepared and disseminated to clients. Ensures adequate information is provided to the correct individuals to obtain a delivery schedule commitment
- Data entry in internal systems and forms required for each job as it progresses. This includes design requests, engineering requests, estimate requests, 3D renders, and instruction edits
- Provides the Production Department with all order details enabling them to perform their duties with efficiency and act on behalf of our Client to our Production department and represent the Production department to our Clients
- Creates and maintains project timelines internally and externally with the Client
