What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Outlaw Coffee?
THIS IS NOT A MORNING POSITION. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKENDS AND CLOSING SHIFTS. (12-7:15 pm)

Position Details:
- 4-5 days a week with potential for more shifts if desired. We are all about growth!
- Afternoon and weekend availability required; this is not a morning position! open availability and willing to cover shifts when needed!
- Must be over 18 and have reliable transportation.
- Please note that pay range is including tips and can vary by individual. Starting base pay is $9/hr, with opportunity for growth and raises.

- Crafting delicious drinks and serving up great vibes
- Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Connecting with customers and keeping the energy up during busy (or slow!) times

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 34 per week
