What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Outlaw Coffee?
This is not a morning position, must be reliable and committed to working closing and weekend shifts! (shifts are 12:30 pm -close) :)
Please note pay range includes tips and can fall under or above said range. This is just an average most baristas earn after receiving tips!

What We’re Looking For:
- Must be available for afternoon/closing shifts.
- Weekend afternoon availability is required for this position! We try to schedule just one weekend day, but sometimes coverage is needed.
- Minimal upcoming time off – reliability is key.
- Previous barista experience is required. At least 6 months.
- Fast learner, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Looking for a long-term position with opportunities to grow within the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and energy drinks quickly and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stand.
- Work efficiently in a small, team-oriented space.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
